Summer 2017 is approaching and we're planning some exciting music workshops for you and your kids! Each of our workshop series occurs weekly with one of our experienced music teachers.
Workshop Description Date & Price
Everyone is a Drummer
Drummer extraordinaire Eric Madison will lead students in an introduction to playing percussion including some experience on the drum set. Students will learn how to play with drum sticks, basic percussive beats, and how to play in a group. Workshop sessions will be 45 minutes long.
Dates: June 24 to July 29

Saturdays at 11 AM

Intro to Ukulele
Are you ready to learn ukulele? Teacher Noah Andrys will provide students with an introduction to the ukulele, including tuning, chord patterns, and playing simple tunes. Sessions will be 45 minutes long.

We Love to Sing
Teachers Maya Bassuk and Brittany Todd will lead a workshop on singing basics.

Songwriting Basics
Teachers Marek Szmyrgala and Mike Jones will guide students on songwriting principles for any instrument. Students will have the opportunity to perform their songs in a group setting and get positive feedback.

Rock Band Workshop
Join other musicians and form small bands or register your band as a group. Work on songs together in preparation for a performance at the end of the summer.
